We don't use the oven, It's just hot water from the beverage makers. Regarding your issue with them not being hot, sometimes the machines don't produce hot water if they haven't been switched on for long, however, the person delivering them should check before pouring water over the towels.
If you are not happy with the temperature do tell the crew they will be happy to get you another one
Thanks so much for this - the thread isn't completely serious, but this gives a good opportunity to thank the FAs for what they do. What I was watching from 1C generally was a lot of perpetual motion on the short flights, there's a lot to do in very compressed time periods at the start and end particularly. I'm sure most of us appreciate the hard work, even if we have a tendency to whinge when things aren't just so
