Her coworker is suggesting a flight with only a 1:40 or 2:35 connection time, which I feel is far too short, (and that’s not even taking into consideration the on time performance of the domestic flight is poor.)

Thoughts? (Mine are forget about that idea and stay one more day in Mumbai and fly home direct in PE (it's not a 7 day a week direct service)
if the domestic flight is on time then an hour & 40 minutes is more than enough time to transit in del....
