I'm reading that as WT+ and business class is rammed, so there ought to be a reasonable chance of an op-up? But also that as F is full there could also be some downgrades on the cards?
Until it gets much closer to the flight and even right up to the last few hours it's hard to predict I think as people miss connections, no shows, paid upgrades at the airport but generally if It does look like this on the day and also arriving at the airport then I'd say your chances are very much improved. Just my 2c worth.
