I was originally booked on a F discounted fare from LAX-LAS for 8:30PM tmw. I decided i want to go earlier and since it had free confirmed same day I called to see what my options were. She had told me there was a 2:15 available but I would have to pay for the confirmed change. I told her when I purchased the ticket it said confirmed same day was included she then kept telling me I was just platinum and platinum isn't free(something that had nothing to do with my concern) So then I told her my class of service entitles me to free confirmed change she said well the class is higher then one you paid and I would have to pay the fee to change. Am I lost or did she just not know what the heck she was talking about? lol
