Since the Conservatives haven't said specifically what portions of the Official Languages Act would apply to airlines, it is a bit premature to suggest that the most onerous requirements would apply. They could easily state that it is only the Communications and Services to the Public section that would apply, which makes sense. This section requires the head office to have English/French services available and only requires both official languages elsewhere when sufficient demand warrants it.
