PAP's? Who has a lot of those that are credit cardable. IE utilities. I guess you could pay monthly on car insurance but it's cheaper to do a single payment anyway.

My worry is the 2% Capone and MBNA are dead cards walking. THAT WOULD HURT!!!!!!!!!!!!
