The cleanliness thing would annoy me the most. I was watching the Heathrow docu-soap repeat the other night where they mentioned BA cleaners officially have 7 minutes on some flights to "clean" the entire plane - barely enough for a litter pick IMO. I was thinking worryingly this must mean they get even less time when things go wrong and the cameras aren't in the cabin.

In this case, if the seat hasn't even been litter picked, then that must surely mean 0 minutes have been spent actually cleaning, That's not premium in my book!!!
