Definitively only stay at FS. You may add 2 nights in Cannes, personally I wouldnīt as itīs only a 1 hour drive. Saint Tropez is a 2 hours drive which would make more sense. Nevertheless itīs also good doable from FS and I would stay there. Parking fees are street robbery, but no other Option available.
P.S. Coast roads can be very busy so consider some extra time or take the Highway.
