Am on BA31 to Hong Kong this evening. New service in place. Water bottle soon after boarding sorely needed as it's quite warm! Crew are working hard but it seems hard for them to keep up: my champagne arrived a good 15 minutes before my wife's did. And this in a business cabin only half-full! I hope some tweaks make things smoother, especially if the crew aren't getting their breaks!
The new amenity kit is nice though.
