I suspect not. My buy on board receipts from another airline (Easyjet) do not have a VAT number or tax breakdown on them, though they are from a Swiss company (Gate Gourmet Switzerland GmbH t/a gateretail). Tourvest is, I think, using a British operating company for their UK sales.
