Well, ARN staff are pretty upfront on what they think you are entitled to or not. If you answer friendly, confidently and give the impression you know what you are talking about, they give in. This little game is not required at CPH. Since I travel a lot on LH, I'm used to the ways of getting what I want or rather what I'm entitled to, so SK staff is no problem.

Still I would say 80-90% of SK ARN staff is friendly and effecient. Status also matters in ARN.
