Hey guys,
I'm new to Flyertalk, but I need some help. I've had a horrible luggage delay with swiss air, and I want to send in a complaint to get the compensation that I'm entitled to.. but I can't seem to find an address to send the letter to. The only thing that has popped up is a PO box, but I want to make sure they've received it (so i want to send it by registered post)-and that just won't do with a PO box. Has anyone else maybe gone through this and is willing to help me out?
