So, I think part of the problem here is the classes are so far apart.
It would be worth looking into Aegean, as the D carries 200% and the Q carries 100%. Now meeting the other requirements might not work for you, I don't know. ANA might be worth a shot too.
My problem with TK was that most of the fares I would've bought on United weren't going to count for anything and the domestic flying I was doing on Air Canada was going to be useless as well. Neither of those are likely to be problems for you. If you're going to be flying alot within the region it might be worth looking at what the lowest cost fares credit at, just in case. You don't wanna trap yourself into having to buy full Y if your company isn't paying for it, or if you're just flying for leisure imo.
You've got a good start though with that D fare, so choose carefully and don't attach any FFP number to it until you're ready to decide.
