Unsure about YVR, but I know ex-YUL the delta between Sunday stay fares and non Sunday stays is gigantic. Also many of the cheaper fares I've seen out of YUL require 50+ days. 21 days is very close to departure.
I've also seen many that require 90+ advance purchase. I think India even has some 120+ fares.
If this is the case, you might be SOL for March unless AC issues a sale... unless the flights are just J1C0, then you're big time SOL lol
