There is an excellent application called the "Availability Tool" that was written by an FT'er, you can download it here: http://www.stud.ntnu.no/~hartberg/ft/SabretoolSetup.htm

Only problem is it rotates 5hrs up 5hrs down.

There is also http://www.optimalmove.com/flyertalk/galileo.html which is pretty cool although you have to input each class manually.
