I have an upcoming stay at Kapalua in August and am looking forward to it -- I've never been there. I've been researching and reading all the FT threads and haven't heard about any renovation plans. However, that doesn't mean they might not do it. They did some minor renovations a few years ago -- based on the threads read here.
