Though, I would agree it perhaps not is a rational fear from an outside view, especially considering the police and crew were willing to keep the other PAX onboard. But it is a real and honest fear of this pregnant SE.

Anyplace out of YYZ that has another flight close enough away that someone would be willing to wait isn't a long enough flight that one more PAX using the J lav is that bad. With uniforms coming on and off the plane, and one of the people involved being obviously pregnant, it would take a real prick of a J PAX to object to that minor change.
