My rule of thumb is that any seat on the upper deck is better than the main deck.
If solo, it is hard to beat 62 A or K - easy, unrestricted in/out and the added side storage space is great.
If you really want an aisle seat, 63 B and J offer no one stepping over you to a window seat.
FWIW, I flew with my wife recently and we choose 63 J/K - she liked the solo, open space of J and I was fine with K
