almost 2 days later i get a reply for the first claim from an agent in india & the claim is denied because the agent states that the rate on the 3rd party website is no longer available....22 minutes later i get a reply for the second claim from another agent (not from the team in india) & my claim is approved....32 minutes after that i get the third reply from another agent in india & he denies my claim stating that the rate on the 3rd party website is higher than the rate on spg....

about an hour or so later i call the brg team to take another look at the first & third claims....a 20 minute phone call later both claims are approved....

i sent in all 3 claims from india & 2 of them were denied within an hour of each other by the team in india citing different reasons....one said he couldn't see the rate while the second said the 3rd party rate was higher....both were wrong because the lower rate was available both at the time i sent in the claims & at the time i received the denial emails....

this whole thing is getting very frustrating....its a complete waste of time to call the brg team to take another look at the claims incorrectly processed by the team in india....
That is strange. I've had about 5-6 claims all successfully processed by the India team on first try within the past 2 month.
Maybe I've just gotten lucky? Seems like general consensus is India team has it's... issues.
