I don't think it's been officially announced as going full time A380 in off peak periods, but that is the speculation once the Kangaroo route/787 changes kick in.
Confirmed A380s after the changes start are:
QF1/2 SYD-SIN-LHR (3)
QF7/8 SYD-DFW (2)
QF11/12 SYD-LAX (2)
QF35/36 MEL-SIN (1)
QF93/94 MEL-LAX (2)
Using 10 frames, leaving 2. 1 spends most of the year in heavy maintenance, leaving 1 available for a full time route.
Currently QF127/128 is A380 during peak periods, when there isn't any planned heavy maintenance happening.
