You obviously must be referring to the Red Oxx "Claw" strap (not the subject of this review), as you do not own the new Long Hauler strap. I happen to like the Claw strap. It is a unique strap, in that if you positively, absolutely need for your bag not to slip off your shoulder, this is your strap. I find it particularly useful when carrying two bags, one of which is on my shoulder. I agree that Red Oxx bags and Absolute Straps are a perfect combo and are bulletproof. However, IMO, if the Absolute Strap is bulletproof, the Long Hauler strap is bombproof.
