I just saw the press release about Delta's new Medallion Threshold Benefit Program for 2005. The program allows Delta's elite members to choose from different benefit options at designated mileage thresholds.

I had read that Air Canada Aeroplan's program also offers its members benefit options with "Experience" packages. Are there any other programs that actually let members choose which benefits they want?
