Neither the Taiwan site nor the Japanese site recognize the AA PNR on the itinerary ticketed a few hours earlier. Citi card shows the taxes deducted. AAdvantage account shows miles deducted.
No eTicket email still. All AA metals.

I called AA and got the e-Ticket Numbers but they DO NOT WORK on the Refund Page. Got an error message.

Web Support could not figure out why it generates error. The guy instructed me to use Contact AA to get the information!

Luckily a phone agent seems to understand the situation and he knows a different way to generates an email that is titled "Your Trip Confirmation PNR Travel Date" versus the usual E=Ticket Confirmation titled.
That email arrived and has the E-ticket numbers + cash paid. From previous redemption I notice the "Your Trip Confirmation" is sent after some changes made to the original itinerary. The first email after ticketed, should always be "E-Ticket Confirmation PNR Travel Date", if it ever comes!

So may be asking the agent to generate a email as if some changes have been made to the existing ticket would generate the desired email to send out.
