Hi to everyone.

I have reserved a Cadillac XTS with Alamo to collect at DFW.
As per my previous experience in Boston, certain cars (such as Grand Cherokee) have inbuilt Navigation. So I was ready to bet also for this model would have been the same. But I called the station and the lady (which seemed not very customer friendly) has replied that there’s no inbuilt navigation. I am unsure on whether she just needed to dump me fast because she was busy at her station, or if she wanted to sell me an external GPS (which I don’t want), or she didn’t have the knowledge and had to give an answer to me anyways.
