Packed. That being said, if you do aisle + window in Economy, you have the best possible chance of getting one of the only empty seats on the plane. But chance of empty rows is basically zero.
The chances increase if the aisle + window seats in Economy are way, way in the back of the plane as UA tends to assign seats for standby passengers front to back.
