Hi,

I just wanted to check if I was eligible for compensation after a cancellation a few weeks ago. I suspect I am not eligible, but I thought I'd put this to you guys as we are a little confused.

We (being my girlfriend and I) were booked on SAS Plus LHR-OSL-TOS-OSL-LHR. Our original booking was as follows:

26 Jan SK806 LHR-OSL: Dep 15:35, Arr 18:45
26 Jan SK4434 OSL-TOS: Dep 19:55, Arr 21:50

On the morning of the flight, I received a text stating that SK806 was cancelled. We were rebooked to depart on the later SK810 and placed on a later OSL-TOS flight, SK4438, both on SAS Plus still.

Ultimately we arrived in TOS at, according to Flightradar24, 23:47, just shy of 2 hours late.

Given we technically arrived less than two hours late, am I correct in assuming that we are not eligible for compensation?
