Indeed, which I have always wondered about. I do think that nowadays it is possible to source very good farmed caviar (no choice on that front anyway sadly) at competitive prices. nologic, you may well be right and this might not come back but I like to keep hoping! And agree with both you and LTNPhobia that sadly, the lobster served on East Coast eastbounds is often overcooked and bland which is a shame, though I did have a few very good ones from JFK on occasions.
