You can't do OLCI at RAK anyway, you have to pass via the airport check in. You may want to check if the ticketing is OK via the Check My Ticket link, which you can find via the Dashboard under "why can't I check in".
Thanks - but not sure where you are referring to? Can't see a link on the dashboard, unless being dim (entirely plausible).
