Alternatively if the CSD is unavailable at the time of boarding take your seat and hand a business card with your seat number on the back to a member of the cabin crew and ask them to hand it to the CSD.

I got this tip from Scotty and while I dont have any business cards per se it is a good way of getting the attention of the CSD.
