depends on what level. I'm an RA and spend a lot of nights at the IC Grand in Paris every year so I would never stay at the Indigo

But basic room to room, Indigo has better rooms. (modern, much newer) The IC in getting refurbished. Just started. Will take 3 years

Ic is also much more expensive
