Tried another $75 AA GC. no success. here's the email I received.
As a Ritz-Carlton Rewards Cardmember, one of the many
benefits is to receive a statement credit for travel
incidentals up to $300 per calendar year (January 1 -
December 31). Only the following types of non-ticket

Update: I told them that it was a check in luggage fee for 3 people via SM and $75 was reimbursed.
