There are showers at NRT. You can pay ~$5-10 to use them. Since you are connecting to a F flight, you should ask an ANA agent or supervisor to provide you with a shower pass provided your circumstance and wish to explore Tokyo vs. being stuck inside the airport for 9 hours!

Also, the breakfast at NRT's ANA Suite Lounge is nothing to rave about. It is not table service. Also, the Noodle Bar won't serve its full menu until 11:00am. Here is the link to the menu: https://www.ana.co.jp/wws/japan/e/as...ounge_1712.pdf

The spread is equivalent to the breakfast buffet at a business hotel. I'd value it as Y1,000 or $10 worth.
