60 minutes is fine for international to international at BOG if the inbound is on time. You don't clear immigrations or customs.
actually your information is not accurate, you have to take in to consideration how congested the airport is which can result in a remote disembark position with a long bus ride to the terminal ( circa 15 to 25 minutes), security lines some times can exceed 30 minutes waiting time.
so 60 minutes connecting Time during peek hours will result in the OP missing the flight.
I have experienced long waiting times At the security lines , extremely long waiting times to go thru immigration and let’s not talk about going from international to national connection.
