Used my free globalist Free night and points for 2 night stay. My DSU was only applied to the points night since you can’t use on free nights. At checkin was asked to pay for suite upgrade for both nights. I politely declined but said it would be nice not to switch rooms. After a few minutes on phone got this awesome residential suite. Huge room with so many closets and extra 1/2 bathroom. Got to use pool and steam room each day. No problem for late checkout. The Toto tiolet is now a must have in our next house.
