Unless the property has an exemption, they should be across the entire Le Meridien brand. Each Starwood brand has a different line of products (W = Bliss, Westin is a proprietary White Tea brand, etc.) I've also seen them in a couple of Tribute hotels, but that is likely concidence as the brand standard for Tribute allows for properties to individually select the products. Delta uses them in their SkyClubs and onboard. I've seen them in some boutique hotels as well. It's great stuff.
