What makes you think the chicken breasts at JFK aren't the same kind but just whole and not sliced?
Detroit's main Sky Club has the aforesaid chicken, as does the lounge in the F terminal of Atlanta's airport. They make an OK salad, but the bowls or plates aren't really big enough to make a proper salad with lettuce or greens.
