I am arriving on an EgyptAir flight from Toronto and then fly to Bangkok on Egyptair about 18 hours later (same day) in July.

I have booked a day room at the Le Meridien Cairo Airport and will carry a print-out for inspection.

Will I need to pay the $25.00 USD Visa On Arrival, or would I be eligible for a TWOV since it's under 48 hours, have the print-out of the hotel stay as well as the onward BP issued in Toronto?
