How bad will PHX security be on the day after the 4th of July? I plan on flying in the evening (~9pm) and I am trying to estimate the proper amount of time to surrender to the TSA.

Previously, the only other times I have had to check in through PHX is in the very very very early morning (4:30-5:30am).
