It's tight but doable, since you bypass the insane immigration lines and go to the not-too-bad security lines. (However, international to domestic is impossible in an hour... when I was there last week, there were 5 (of 12) occupied immigration booths for foreigners, and a long, long line of hundreds of people which it took me 85 minutes to get through. The old airport was actually better in this regard.)
no fast track, no priority immigration lane and the immigration lane is horrendous for you or me 60 minutes might be doable but someone with no knowledge of the airports it will be almost impossible.
