I hardly ever eat in the SC and certainly don't rely on it for a meal. Since the initial roll out of the enhanced food offerings the only thing noticeable to me that has dropped considerable in quality is the cookies. Used to be large and looked like they were locally sourced. Now they look like Chips A Hoy.
