Plenty of time, luggage drop will close an hour before departure, or less. I often only arrive at the airport in CPT or JNB 40mins before departure, but JNB domestic security sometimes takes a while, and checking luggage will take a bit of extra time. It's a bit of a walk from international arrivals to terminal B departures.
