Thanks. I do not have this in my itin. Maybe the cheap fares that this applies too was sold out and I ended up with a higher class of fare. My fare incl taxes was over $1K for YYZ-PUJ return according to AC receipt. The ACV ticket price for Tango is $790 and AC website has a flex fare for what I paid in points and taxes ($1028).
