I found this in the terms and conditions of SPG Cravings:
- Discount must be requested in the restaurant at the time of settling the bill, even if applying charges to one's room; cannot be applied at the front desk.
So, no retro discount is available, but if you want to earn Starpoints for the dine, send your receipt and SPG account number to Program Services via email at
[email protected].
