Just heard from a friend that effective May 1 Polaris service will no longer include Bloody Mary/Mimosa Carts and Wine Carts. There are other "enhancements" coming as well (to be announced later).
The bloody Mary drinks and wine tastings were a major selling point of Polaris.
I'm guessing that (a) flight attendants hated this and (b) United was sick of spending the money on alcohol.
