I'm posting here to thank previous posters and to keep the thread alive for anyone searching for assistance on this issue, as I was after a couple of failed attempts to move some Avios from IB to BAEC.

"Combine my Avios" still doesn't play nice with Firefox, at least not with my (not extreme) security settings, but everything went smoothly in Edge.
