Hoku's is in the Kahala Mandarin Oriental (nee Kahala Hilton) about 5 min east of Waikiki. I've only eaten there once, but it was very, very good. I grew up and lived in the area, so I know quite a few people who swear it is the BEST restaurant on O`ahu and go there often. At the time I ate there I was not a very adventureous eater (they do some bold Pacific Rim fusion dishes) but I would like to think that if I went back there, I would appreciate some of their dishes more.
