Refund on Norwegian Air For Carrier Code Change?
Can I receive a refund on Norwegian Air for a carrier code change on my itinerary? The change is from Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (DY) to Norwegian Air UK (DI). None of the flight times have been changed.
I'm asking because its a nonrefundable ticket, one person in our party is considering canceling, and we now have to chose reassigned seating again. Is there a rule somewhere that when your itinerary changes in a major way you are eligible for a refund? Change of carrier would be a big one I think.
