1- I was just at the PH for 3 nights and loved it and everything that was said negative about it I didnt find. HOWEVER if you will be in a reg room, I believe they all are on the side of the hotel where there will be outside noise heard in your room, if you're a light sleeper I wouldnt try my luck with The PH, also it seems you wont have any status any longer so thats strike 2 for The PH

2- Havent stayed at The Conrad but seems you have HH status so Id probably want to stay at The Conrad. Go to the hotels thread in the HH forum and see what benefits youd get according to your status level

For me chance for an Upgrade, Lounge access, free WiFi, late checkout are important and Id want a hotel where I can have them, dont know whats important to you
