Relatively new planes and seats with adequate legroom in Y (and now F too, thanks to the reconfiguration).

Friendly flight crews

Power outlets at every seat and free streaming IFE.

Mileage Plan not revenue based and useful international partners.

Good schedules on the routes I fly.

No changes fees as a Gold.

So far, AS has been meeting my expectations on all my recent flights and I continue to be a loyal AS flyer.
