You have to register in person because Korea requires you check your passport or Korean ID card. We cannot do it for you. Your only option is to get one when you arrive. Instead of the Korean site, Google KT Roaming or SKT Roaming.

No one else will give out their phone number because it is how we are tied to our national identity and use it to create accounts with websites, banks etc.
